For those men with a lot of money, a lot of time, and a high tolerance for pain, there is hair transplantation. If it works and the new hair is not rejected, the bald or thinning scalp is no longer bald, or it’s a little less thinning. In a word, “Ouch!” And in a word from the wallet, “Aaaargh!”

If you ever noticed a man with flat to the head hair brushed straight over to the side with a part just above the ear. If you don't shave your head, and you are not going to change your life with our superb hairpieces, then we recommend that you keep the back and sides of your head cropped short. Buzz-cut that mess and keep the edges sharp and neat. Consider drastically lightening your hair to blond or silver if it's very dark.

If you ever noticed a man who suddenly went from thinning or balding to looking like he had a head covered in dust and shoe polish, then that is a man who paints his scalp with a make-up such as Couvre or DermMatch and/or sprinkles on little fibers such as Hair-Magic or Toppik. The backs of their sofas, their car head restraints and their pillows are now brown and after sex their wives are covered in the very make-up that used to be on their husbands heads.

How lucky for the modern man! Shaved heads are fashionable. Some guys look great with a shaved head, and some don't. If you try wearing a hairpiece and for some reason it doesn't make you happy, the best way out is to shave off all your hair, get a big earring, and wear cool sunglasses. A goatee beard might help and a parrot on your shoulder would finish the effect.
