We offer unlimited help via email. As an Internet business we do not offer help, counseling, sales or education via telephone. Sorry we cannot sell via telephone so please use the website for purchases. If you call and leave a number for us to telephone you back to take an order for glue etc, we will not return that call. Please buy online only.

Please understand that we cannot return phone calls about glue and other non-production related subjects. Please email us instead. All emails are answered.

If you call our phone number and get a recording, please leave an email address or better yet email us in case the recording is unclear and we cannot get back to you. A short recording of your phone hanging up does not allow us to help you.

Emails about non-urgent issues will always be replied to, even if the answer is already on the website. Please use the contact-us features when you are unable to find an important answer on the website etc.

Please take care to type your email address accurately or we will never be able to send our answer to your question and we wouldn't want you to think we ignored it! People often type in an email address that simply does not exist, and we are unable to reply to it.

If you think you did not get an timely answer then most likely our reply is in your Spam filter inbox, so please check there for our emails and for any missing UPS tracking info. That's usually where it is!

We try to answer all email immediately unless it is nighttime. Sometimes we have a backlog of a couple of hours or so during the week or up to a day or two at the weekend. Phone messages are picked up at least every few days. Our priority has to be Internet communication, therefore telephone is not the best way to pass information to us. Please use email for the fastest response.
