Cleaning I've removed my hairpiece and there is sticky residue in the lace and on the poly.

Spray CoolPiece All Purpose Adhesive Remover or equivalent oil based solvent onto the sticky lace and then wait as long as you can for it to work. Depending on which type of adhesive it is, this could take 20 seconds or 20 minutes. Gently wipe away the residue with a lint free rag. Microfiber is the best. (See other question).
