How can I avoid clean up all together? PDF Print E-mail

Currently the only way to get along without adhesive remover, adhesive residue, glue balls, sticky skin, glue in the hair etc., is to use no residue tape. But this tape is not invisible so for very light density on lace, you may see the tape right through the lace.

Paricularly in the summer or for active, perspiring people, dealing with glue and cleaners can add up to a lot of time. Perhaps this will work for you: try using no residue tape, but don't put the tape right at the front hairline. Leave about 2 or 3 millimeters of untaped lace at the edge. This works better on French lace than on super floppy Swiss, and tension from a pulled back style might cause edge lift, but if you can get a good look this way, then our no residue tape will free you from glue, glue removal and clean ups, and will give you hold rivaling the strongest glues.

You can try it and test it, and one way to knock down the shine is to tap your fingers on it through the lace until your natural skin oils dull the shine sufficiently. Basically, if you can find a way to use no residue tape instead of glue, all the hard work goes away.

On CoolPiece.com you see all these photos of clients with exposed hairlines. They are usually lace with glue or sometimes Polyskin 3. But if you have a forward hairstyle, it would really make your life easy to try and work with no residue tape instead of glue. having zero clean up issues may make the new hairstyle worth it!
