I have been trying to tweak my ideal density for years PDF Print E-mail
The factory has the following mens' densities: 50%, 80%, 100% and 130%. But CoolPiece offers you 5% increments, such as 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% etc. etc.

That's all very nice, but the density of a new unit can vary by 5% or so in either direction, so you might get a 10% variance between two units. It's best to stick with the factory densities, although we have to agree the difference between 50% and 80% is huge, so 65% is a good target between the two.

Constantly trying to judge 90% and 95% for example can drive you nuts. Keep it simple.
