You can send a CoolPiece or any brand of hairpiece for repair/remake. In general there are two things we cannot do. We do not offer recoloring and permanent wave (curling). If you need a perm or a recolor, you should instead use hairdressing services.

Most other repairs can be done at the flat rate prices below plus shipping. However, the factory does not accept all repairs. It depends what the unit needs and on whether the factory labor cost will be too high for them to charge for a repair. Occasionally it's less expensive for the factory to make a new unit as the low repair fee can be below labor cost, resulting in a "no thanks".

A typical hairpiece repair is $75 plus an additional $20 per 2" of hair length over 6".

A typical wig repair is $100 plus an additional $20 per 2" of hair length over 6".

All units sent in for repair must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue and must be shampooed clean, and completely dry.
