Yes!  Currently the e-commerce sections of the website where you buy hair or accessories are running inside frames (iframes). While the iframe is 100% secure, the page surrounding it will not place a padlock icon in your browser.

To verify your security, you could (on a PC) right click in the fame, and select properties. Then you would see the secure address which begins with an https://

Eventually we will replace this frames model with new e-commerce pages that will show you the padlock icons.
