In 2003 alone, almost $1,000 worth of accessories vanished in the mail. More than a dozen packages were lost or stolen en route when they were mailed. Also, in order to send to other countries via mail, we have to have someone to line up in the busy post office.

Because of the astounding number of disappearances and the difficulty of shipping this way, we have removed the international mail choice.

We fully understand that this means it is not economical for a person in Europe or Asia to buy a $4 bag of tapes, but we cannot mail and we ship via UPS at cost. No profit is made on shipping.
