Many clients use the paper/printable order form as a worksheet to make their choices over the course of a few hours, days or weeks. The payment order form is for payment and people want to pay quickly and easily without getting into the manufacturing details of their hairpiece or hairpieces. That's why there are two forms.

We have to find a happy balance between a brief simple order form where you just fill in your choices, and a longer form that explains things and helps you fill in your choices. We did some surveys and we think we have it right, but as always, we are always looking to improve and simplify the process for you.
