2011: A bad year for wearers!

It has been a difficult year for hair wearers.

CoolPiece was certainly not the first online hair replacement store, or even the first low-priced hair-replacement store.

Since we came on the scene eleven years ago, we have seen many come, and a few go. We have lost clients to others who charged a little bit less. And that’s okay, we don’t expect every single client to stay loyal to one source.

But this year has been a bumpy ride for many who have shopped elsewhere. Some have waited for months and ended up with nothing for their money. Others have been provided with poor quality that was not as-described. Some have been persuaded to pay for automatic reordering and have ended up buying more than they need.

In short, the online hair industry has begun to behave a lot like the old brick-and-mortar stores that we set out to replace. Bad deals, poor value, dishonest practices, and who loses? You lose, the client suffering from hair-loss, and now money loss.

Throughout all this, CoolPiece has carried on the same way for eleven years. The best guarantee, the best communication, the most honest descriptions, and not one single client who ever lost so much as a single cent by being our client.

We do not partake in discussion groups or forums for our own gain, we hardly ever send marketing email, and we certainly do not disguise advertising and propaganda as an impartial forum. Despite our competitors copying and pasting from here, saying bad and untrue things about us and our product, and pretending to be impartial happy customers of other firms when they are actually other sellers themselves, we just keep on bringing satisfaction, day after day, in our quiet way.

We have experience with nineteen factories, but only ever use four. 90% of our orders are made in just two factories, which are the very best two. Sure we pay more for our production into these two places, and we make a much smaller profit than we could, but if you, the client, do not get the best possible quality, then it’s a wasted opportunity.

There is still no hairpiece at any price that is a better deal than a CoolPiece.
