About Quality Control

Clients who buy their hair online have different experiences. Sometimes they are satisfied and comfortable with what they find, and sometimes they experience inaccuracies, mistakes and persistent issues that lead to dissatisfaction.

CoolPiece clients are long-time, loyal happy customers, for the most part.

Occasionally we find we are unable to ever bring satisfaction to a client, but in these cases there is usually nothing really wrong, it’s just that a client may consistently expect too much from the current technology of hair replacement. It’s all an illusion and we all know that it’s only hair attached to a base that is stuck to your head.

But at CoolPiece we choose the three best factories, and these are expensive factories. Our profit margin is smaller that that of our competitors as a result. We offer prices that are really too low for a good profit, but we want to make this sought-after quality available to all, and we strive to be loved by all.

This is our tenth year and we have clients that have been with us since we started in 2001. They may have tried other sellers and come back, or they may just be fully happy here.

Of course sometimes there may be issues with factory quality, but we are always here to correct such issues and no client ever loses at CoolPiece. In general, our quality is very consistent and for all the hair we sell, very few units generate any complaints. But the nature of wigmaking means that it is always possible, so don’t wait until your old unit is dead before ordering the next, and please don’t expect computer-controlled robot-made 100% accuracy, until such technology exists to replace the human technicians who work for many hours on your hair.

Rest assured that our guarantee is solid and everyone gets what they rightly deserve for every little dollar they spend here. All issues are treated with fairness and the client always gets the full benefit of the doubt.
