Service, Security, Policies, Repairs etc. Simplified list of information below replaces older , longer FAQs.

  • Yes we can keep your template and hair sample in our China office to speed up reordering.
  • Hairpieces last anywhere from a month or two to a year or two depending on many variable factors. Average is 3 to 4 months.
  • Repairs: Hairpiece $75, Wig $100, plus additional charge for longer hair. We will offer quote once we verify the repair is acceptable by our factory.
  • Some repair orders are declined by the factory
  • Items sent for repair/duplication must be extremely clean, glue-free and dry. No smoke odor!
  • Coloring is not a service we can provide. Your stylist will have to recolor your sun-faded hair.
  • Yes we can duplicate/copy your old unit
  • Your email address is not shared and your privacy is assured.

  • Personal checks/checques are accepted. Must be in US dollars drawn from US bank. Non USA checques are of zero value, even if for USD!
  • We do not have a showroom or a hair salon. We are a website after all. You can do it all online and via email. We are unable extend invitations to visitors for any reason.
  • Packages are not shipped from”CoolPiece” so your secret is never compromised.
  • We deliver to all countries except North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, subject to change as the world improves.
  • Your transaction is safe and you are protected from fraud by leading financial institutions including Amazon, Authorize.net, Elavon.
  • Use email for support before using a telephone
  • Returning clients can just email "same again" or ask for specific changes.
  • We ship via UPS (or FedEx for international) and make no profit on shipping. We never mail anything due to many past losses. Our shipping methods are not negotiable or open for discussion.
  • Saturdays and Sundays do not count as days of delivery. UPS counts only Monday to Friday as business days. It is therefore possible that if you, for example, purchase accessories later on a Thursday and buy 2nd Day Air, you won’t get it until Tuesday, two business days after it’s picked up on a Friday (eg.)
  • We ship without a signature requirement in order to offer considerably lower shipping prices. Do not provide a delivery address that is a location where you consider theft is likely.
