• Shipping is estimated by our shopping cart system program and is calculated based on the weight of the goods in your shopping cart, your location and your choices of shipping methods.
• At any time while loading your shopping cart, use the shipping calculator to see what the price will be based on weight, delivery location and shipping method.
• Shipping will be added during shopping cart checkout. You will see the price of shipping before you complete your transaction. This is the only way to see how much your shipping will cost so please load your cart in order to get yourself a shipping quote.
• The price of shipping reflects actual cost. In other words we aim to ship at or below the cost price and we do not try make a profit on shipping. 

• For our friends serving our country: We are unable to ship to a military address. We never use postal service, only UPS or FedEx. Your options are to provide a real, physical address in the actual country where you are and get international shipping, or have it delivered to the address of a relative or friend in the United Sates who is willing to spend some time to stand in line at a US post office and do what is necessary to mail to an APO, AFO etc., or enter the address of an APO forwarding service that you use. We will not be able to offer in-person post-office service to you.

• We ship via UPS or FedEx and make no profit on shipping. We never mail anything due to many past losses. Our shipping choices are not negotiable or open for discussion.
• Saturdays and Sundays do not count as days of delivery. UPS counts only Monday to Friday as business days. It is therefore possible that if you, for example, purchase accessories later on a Thursday and buy 2nd Day Air, you won’t get it until Tuesday, two business days after it’s picked up on a Friday (eg.)
• We ship without a signature requirement in order to offer considerably lower shipping prices. Do not provide a delivery address that is a location where you consider theft is likely.
• We only offer Ground shipping for a few ZIP codes in Southern California and Southern Nevada. To destinations elsewhere, Ground costs approximately the same as (or more than) our discounted 2nd Day Air, but can take up to 6 days longer than 2nd Day Air.
