Terms of Sale (accessories)

This applies to accessories sales:
Customer responsible for any import duties or local fees and taxes.
Due to repeated losses we have discontinued Global Priority Mail and all other postal mail services.
Non-Delivery: If your package is returned to us by the shipper, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If the value of the package contents is close to or below the return shipping cost, we will instead have it abandoned, and no refund will be issued. So please be at your address.
Due to repeated fraud we have to deliver to your credit card billing address. For Internet shopping we recommend you change your credit card billing address to your delivery address.
We try hard to ship your order the same day or within two days, but are unable to promise in writing to do this. Please note, orders placed in the afternoon may not be able to be shipped until the following business day.
An order placed on a Friday afternoon may not be able to be shipped until the following Monday.
An order placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will not be processed for shipping until the following business Monday.
UPS states a Next Day Air Package will come the next business day after we send it, but we cannot promise to ship it immediately after you order. We may need more than a day to process that order. Only then will it arrive next business day. Therefore if a weekend is involved, it may be anywhere from one to four days before you receive a Next Day Air order. This is standard in ecommerce but we try hard to minimize any such delays. 
On extremely rare occasions UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air may be delayed after it has been shipped for our facility. This is rare but please note it is not our policy to pursue price adjustments for UPS shipments if this happens. If UPS lets you down, it's not worth the stress, time and paperwork to pursue an adjustment. In other words, if UPS is late, there is no refund or adjustment of shipping charges.
Container and/or label designs may change from those depicted without notice.
Accessories, including all tapes and glues and cleaners, are not manufactured by CoolPiece. They are offered for sale for your convenience. We keep the prices as low as possible and also offer honest detailed descriptions of each product. If you find you get poor results from them, they cannot be returned and no refunds can be issued. Try each product at your own risk.

  • Sometimes when we go to ship an order to parts of Canada, we get a UPS instant quote for a delivery surcharge that far exceeds the price you paid for shipping. If the order is just for accessories which carry a very small profit margin, we may just cancel and refund your order rather than make a loss. Anything postal-mailed to Canada gets stolen so we have no way around this strange situation.
